What are your terms & conditions of payment ?

For goods & services pre-booked before your visit, payment must be received a minimum of 14 days prior to your arrival. For goods & services requested during your stay, payment must be received (in cash Euros or a Euros cheque) before your departure. For contracted services: invoices will be sent out at the end of each month, which must be settled within 14 days.

What forms of payment do you accept ?

You can make secure online payments via PayPal using a credit or debit card. Alternatively you can pay by bank transfer. After we receive your order, we will send you an itemised invoice including details on how to pay via your preferred method. We also accept cash Euro's for goods & services requested whilst in resort. Please note that all of our pricing is in Euro's. If using the PayPal option: the currency conversion is automatic, the exchange rate used that day and both the Sterling & Euro amounts will all be shown prior to making payment.

How do I make a payment to you via PayPal ?

If we have e mailed you a PayPal invoice just follow the instructions contained in it. Or use this 'pay now' button to link to PayPal, then follow the prompts. In the 'unit price' box enter the total Euro amount shown on your invoice. Note that a comma should be used between whole € and any cents eg. 2,50 (not 2.50). During the process you will have the option to pay via your own PayPal account if you have one, or to make payment directly using a credit/debit card without opening a PayPal account.

Do I need a photograph for my Paradiski, La Plagne or Les Arcs lift pass ?

No (only for season passes and certain concessionary rates, the sales offices can simply scan your passport photograph – no need to bring a separate one). PROOF OF AGE etc (eg. passport) may be required to confirm your eligibility for family passes, and for free passes eg. senior citizens 72 years and over, or children 5 years or under.

Can you pre-purchase and deliver my lift pass for me ?

Yes, under certain conditions. In the current economic climate we understand that some people coming on a snowsports holiday would like to purchase their lift passes, one of the single biggest expenses of your holiday, in advance and before the exchange rate gets any worse! Unfortunately we are unable to offer the purchase and delivery of your lift pass as a completely free service. If you wish us to purchase your lift passes and deliver them to your accommodation ready for your arrival we can do so at a small cost, to cover our administration expenses and bank charges. The charges will be: Payment by direct bank transfer – 2% of the total cost of your lift pass order. Payment by Paypal – 5% of the total cost of your lift pass order. We regret that we are currently unable to pre-purchase any lift passes that require proof of age as the pass offices require passport identification at the time of purchase. We may still be able to buy the passes on your behalf, if you arrive in resort in time to give us the passports and for us to get to the pass office before they close at 1830 on Saturdays (1630 on Sundays). However, it is always worth checking with us to see if the proof of age restrictions have changed at short notice. An alternative would be for you to approach www.skiholidayextras.co.uk. They make no charge for the service but as they currently have no in-resort delivery service available in Arc 1800, they will issue a voucher which you need to take to the lift pass office in order to collect your passes.

I am driving to the resort, will I require any special equipment ?

Yes, snow tyres, snow chains, or 4 wheel drive are often necessary for mountain roads during inclement weather (the Gendarmes may stop & turn you back if you do not have them). In addition your vehicle should also carry any other items as required by E.U. or National regulations such as spare bulb kits, hi visibility vests and warning triangles etc. In France, you should have your driving licence with you.

Do you offer hire of childcare equipment ?

Yes, we can supply high chairs or travel cots for €25 per item per week.
